View2Sign is a flexible high performance secure software that allows the user to sign any PDF files with any kind of signature.

View2Signis distributed in form of executable or Applet and is ideal for PC or laptop users.
For Tablet users and Ubiquitous Software please refer to Web2Sign (no software required).

View2Signworks on Windows, MAC and Unix clients and it is distributed three forms:

• Verification only,
• Signature and Verification or
• Full features for administrators.

It can perform:

• Electronic Signature using self-signed keys and certificates
• Graphometric Signature (Advanced Electronic Signature) including in the document graphometric information captured during the signature execution and embedding everything with digital signature.
• Digital Signature using a centralized secure CC EAL4+ server that holds private keys signed by accredite Certification Authorities.
• Invisible Signature (a digital signature (PDF Document) that is not visible in the document)

View2Sign allow the execution of Electronic Signatures.
To execute a Graphometric Signature a Wacom tablet is required to capture all the graphometric information (velocity, rhythm, acceleration, pressure of the pen and the graphic signature itself).
To execute an Advanced Electronic Signature a Wacom tablet and ANDXOR Secure Server KryptoEvolution is required.
To execute a Digital signature ANDXOR Secure Server KryptoEvolution is required.

The authentication methods to access the secure CCEAL4+ ANDXOR KryptoEvolution can be :

• simple password,
• secure OTP (one Time Password) with Two factor Authentication ANDXOR OTP Token

Digital Signature is the onl signature method that assure the document, the information, the signature itself are bound together in a legal form as a document signed with ink on paper.

View2Signfor Administrator can place signature flelds in any existing PDF. This feature will allow to create PDF ready to be signed by the user.

View2Signfor signature and verification allow to place a signature of any type on the already prepared PDF documents.

View2Sign for verification allow to verify any type of signature on any PDF documents.

The PDF "ready to be signed" document can be available on a Cloud server, on an URL, or on the PC or laptop itself.

Technical Details:

When the user perform a Graphometric Signature the following information are captured:

1. the image of the signature user signature,
2. the position and direction
3. the pressure (1024 levels)
4. the time
5. the curvature
6. the acceleration

During a Graphometric Signature the important element is not the graphical mage (like during 2D normal ink signature) but the biometric characteristics of the image. Including the time and the pressure we can have spatial dynamic information not available during a normal ink signature.

 

The graphometric information are captured by View2Sign using a Wacom tablet.

Not only the Advanced Electronic Signature will contain the hash of the document, but will also contain all the graphometric information, allowing a successive verification or allowing a decryption using another signature with the right graphometric information.

A graphical image of the signature is added in the Advanced Electronic Signature itself allowing the user to see also its graphic signature.

Also an invisible Adobe signature can be created / added.

Verification of signed and multiple signed files is included in all versions.

All the qualified Certification Authorities are included in the internal list of the software and more can be added.

As a special and very interesting feature, View2Sign can be used using documents stored in Cloud servers.
It means that all the PDF documents can be stored in a Cloud Server and securely accessed to enable the digital signature.

Another interesting feature, for very strong security, is the possibility to store the PDF files within the ANDXOR KryptoEvolution (digital signature CC EAL4+ server) creating the strongest boundary available for confidential PDF information.

No Adobe software is needed and all the signature created by View2Sign are legally enforceable across industries and can be verified by anyone, anywhere, anytime, even using Adobe Reader (free downloadable software).

Secure Remote Credential Management - View2Sign uses a centralized secure server called KryptoEvolution that securely stores and protects all the Keys using a unique CC EAL4+ and FIPS 140-2 Level3 secure reliable protection against compromise for applications and information assets to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce the risk of legal liability, and improve profitability. • During the user registration the Company creates and stores securely a key and his certificate for the user as well as all the information "specimen" of his signature (execution time, pressure, rhythm, velocity etc.).
• The existing signature pads (i.e. Wacom) need to be connected with a desktop or a portable computer
• Two factor authentication can be easily performed using ANDXOR RFC4226 compliant application i.e. via phone or iPad.
• KryptoEvolution and View2Sign are ANDXOR remote solutions and can be licensed to ANDXOR customers or used in service.
