eSign P8 is fully integrated with the new FileNet P8 platform using transparent digital signature, encryption and TFC 3161 timestamp.
It is compliant with the existing national and international laws and regulations and does not need any user knowledge or user device to be used.
The solution is centralized and all the operation will be performed centrally without moving the information while the user keys and certificates are centrally managed.
Using FileNet P8 Workplace the user, with the mouse right click, can simply perform an Encryption, a Timestamp or a Digital Signature, compliant and interoperable with all the Certification Authorities and digital signature standard products.
A signed file will enable authenticity, integrity and together with a timestamp will create evidence of the presence in time and exact ordering.
The Encryption will protect the file from unauthorized users and allow a strong confidentiality.
eSign P8 enables independent verification / decryption.
There is no need of any client software installation. This will allow the customers to perform all the operations using any standard browser enabling digital signature and encryption ubiquity.
